The personnel of the Immediate Operations Tactical Unit (UTOI) intervened. The incident occurred at Teniente Benjamín Matienzo School No. 5.
The man dressed as the "Joker" arrived at the polling station wearing makeup and expressed his intention to vote. The polling station representative then informed him that he had to remove his makeup to prove his identity to the polling station officials.
The individual, accompanied by another person recording the incident on a cell phone, left the scene without incident . Officers were unable to identify either man.
